1. Environmental Control and Safety Facilities
Ventilation and waste gas treatment facilities, dehumidification facilities, temperature control facilities, and sun protection facilities are installed. The temperature is controlled between 15°C and 25°C.
2. Safety Protection and Equipment Configuration
It is equipped with safety assessment equipment, fire-fighting equipment, safety protection equipment, rescue equipment, insulating tools, handling tools, shelves, information collection tools, waste liquid collection equipment, temperature and humidity monitoring equipment, high-temperature and flame alarms, chemical discharge or physical discharge equipment (brine pools or tanks), safety boxes, etc.
3. Information Collection and Management System
It records battery codes, battery types, battery product types, battery quantities, battery sources, battery destinations, etc. Information collection can be in paper or electronic form, and shall be retained for 3 years.
4. Intelligent Monitoring System
A 24-hour real-time monitoring system is installed, which is equipped with an infrared thermal imaging safety monitoring system.
5. Shelf Storage
It is divided into open-type shelves or closed-type warehouses, which are used for separating or isolating batteries for storage.
