It focuses on compliance with fireproof and explosion‑proof standards, short‑circuit prevention, thermal runaway protection and all‑around monitoring. This solution complies with GB/T 38698.2‑2023 and features multi‑layer safety protection, intelligent and digital configurations and a waste gas treatment module. It was selected into the 2025 List of Ecological and Environmental Protection Practical Technologies and Typical Projects.
Functions and Configurations

① Fireproof and Explosion-Proof Structure:
Adopts high-strength steel and three-layer fireproof structure. The whole cabinet is explosion-proof and equipped with pressure relief devices to resist combustion and explosion caused by battery thermal runaway;
② Short-Circuit Prevention:
Built-in insulating isolation layer to prevent contact between positive and negative electrodes and avoid short circuit and fire;
③ Constant Temperature Control:
Equipped with intelligent temperature control module, adjustable from -10℃ to 60℃ to meet storage requirements of various lithium batteries;
④ Anti-Leakage Design:
Fitted with bottom anti-leakage tray to contain electrolyte leakage and eliminate pollution;
⑤ Partitioned Storage:
Enables classified storage of lithium batteries in different sizes and conditions for refined management;
⑥ Waste Gas Purification:
Applies chemical neutralization and filtration for fluoride generated by battery material leakage to ensure compliant exhaust;
⑦ Charging/Discharging Function:
Comes with charging/discharging and other auxiliary modules.
