：
This solution includes a large‑scale intelligent storage facility designed in compliance with GB/T 34525‑2017 (Safety Code for Handling, Loading, Unloading, Storage and Use of Gas Cylinders). It is suitable for oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, argon and other industrial gas cylinders. This solution integrates intelligent monitoring, early warning and management for real‑time control and safe storage.
Functions and Configurations

① Intelligent Monitoring System:
Real-time collection of temperature, humidity, VOCs and flammable gas concentration; automatic audible and visual alarm and data upload to management platform upon abnormalities；
② Ventilation System:
Discharges leaked gas timely to prevent flammable gas accumulation and explosion risks；
③ Fixed Anti-Toppling Bracket for Various Cylinders:
Prevents cylinder tipping and leakage；
④ Thickened Explosion-Proof Steel Cabinet:
Anti-corrosive treatment applied; resistant to extreme temperatures and impact；
⑤ Intelligent Management System:
Supports inbound/outbound records and lifecycle traceability for full-process digital management；
⑥ Explosion-Proof Design:
Whole cabinet explosion-proof, compliant with IIBT4/6 and IICT4/6 standards with official certification.
